Emi Yoshikawa, Ripple’s Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, has announced her departure after eight years at the company. Joining Ripple in 2016 as Director of Joint Venture Partnership, Yoshikawa advanced through multiple key roles, including Senior Director of Global Operations and Vice President of Strategy and Operations. Her leadership was instrumental in shaping Ripple’s strategic roadmap and strengthening its presence in the blockchain industry

During her tenure, Yoshikawa contributed significantly to Ripple’s evolution and success. She played an integral role in Ripple Payments’ initial live transactions, the first Swell events, and various community-driven initiatives like the XRP Meetup in Tokyo.
