US Treasury Secretary Bessent: 50 days of rising prices can lead to 50 years of Iran's denuclearization

Gate News reports that on March 22, NBC News quoted U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen discussing Iran’s nuclear issue. Yellen stated that the American people understand that after a temporary period of about 50 days of rising prices, prices will eventually fall, and in return, there will be 50 years of peace—an Iran without nuclear weapons. Yellen emphasized that thanks to President Trump, the American people are beginning to realize that “without security, there can be no prosperity.” When asked whether prices would start to decline after 50 days, Yellen clarified that 50 days was just an example; it could be 30 days, 50 days, or 100 days, but the goal is to secure up to 50 years of peace in the Middle East and weaken the Iranian regime.
