Ethereum shipped 28 major developments this month. The updates span institutional finance, AI integration, and quantum-resistant security. Fidelity Digital Assets launched FIDD, a USD stablecoin built on Ethereum. According to Ethereum’s official account on X, this reinforces “Ethereum’s role as institutional-grade settlement infrastructure.”

Morgan Stanley proposed a spot Ethereum ETF. The move expands regulated institutional exposure to ETH. The Ethereum Foundation formed a Post-Quantum research team to address future quantum computing threats.

Wall Street Doubles Down on Ethereum Rails

ERC-8004 went live on the Ethereum mainnet. The standard enables AI agents to interact securely across organizations. Over 24,000 agents are registered on the platform. More than 80 agent services gained verification. The system processed 685+ feedback exchanges.

Ondo Finance expanded its tokenized stock offerings. The platform added 98 new stocks and ETFs on Ethereum. Total on-chain equities now exceed 200. Tokenized BitGo became accessible through Ondo Global Markets following its NYSE debut.

The DAO Fund activated 75,000 ETH. These funds came from unclaimed DAO recovery assets. The ETH will strengthen Ethereum’s network security.

Layer 2 Networks Push Performance Boundaries

Ethereum’s mainnet hit record transaction activity. The milestone underscores demand for base-layer settlement. The BPO2 fork increased blob targets and limits. This strengthens data availability for rollups.

Arbitrum activated the ArbOS Dia upgrade. The update adds Fusaka EIP support. Optimism introduced OP Enterprise for managed blockchain infrastructure. Mantle upgraded to Ethereum blobs as its primary data layer.

Polygon processed over $1 billion in daily USDC payments. Lighter launched an EVM-equivalent rollup for low-latency trading. Allora Network deployed predictive AI on Base for risk-aware lending.

Infrastructure Gets Enterprise-Ready Features

V3 was launched on the Ethereum mainnet by Lido. The upgrade adds stVaults that can be customized in terms of stakings. Aave collaborated with Balance Canada to create institutional yield, which allowed earning on offline storage assets.

Fileverse released Offline Mode v2, allowing users to create and view documents without an internet connection. The data is now on the Google Cloud BigQuery and allows developers to execute high-volume analytics using SQL.

A HK Ethereum Community Hub was launched. The facility increases access to ecosystem education in the area. Zapper presented a new mobile app with gas-free wallets. Jumper Exchange standardized cross-chain capital-management tools.

Phylax Systems packaged its Credible Layer within the sequencer at Linea and avoided exploits prior to execution. Cork Protocol introduced Phoenix as a programmable risk layer on the mainnet. The team also extended MetaLeX v2 into an on-chain corporate finance infrastructure.
