Hasset: In agreement with Goolsbee's view, there is still ample room for interest rate cuts.

Golden Finance reports that Kevin Hassett, director of the National Economic Council at the White House, stated that President Trump will appoint his own people to serve as the Fed chairman. Once that happens, the Fed will no longer be an issue. Hassett stated that he believes the U.S. economy has not fallen into an “employment recession” and that the situation of excessive inflation has ended. At the same time, in line with Goolsbee's观点, there is still ample room for interest rate cuts.
