Golden Finance reports that WhiteFiber (WYFI), a Nasdaq-listed data center and hosting service provider focused on artificial intelligence and high-performance computing, announced in a press release on Thursday that its subsidiary Enovum Data Centers has signed a long-term hosting agreement with AI infrastructure and cloud services provider Nscale Global Holdings. The agreement covers 40 MW of critical IT load at WhiteFiber’s NC-1 data center campus in Madison, North Carolina. The company stated that deployment plans are divided into two phases of 20 MW each. The company estimates that the total contract value over the 10-year term is approximately $865 million.
