MEXC signs MOU with VBI Academy to launch digital asset literacy program

10/12/2025 – MEXC, the fastest-growing digital asset exchange in the world and a pioneer in truly zero-fee trading, has signed a (Memorandum of Understanding) (MOU) for strategic cooperation with VBI Academy, one of Vietnam’s leading blockchain and Web3 training organizations, and officially announced the launch of the Digital Asset Literacy Program – Season 1: Security, Privacy, and Compliance for Crypto Assets. This information was announced at a press conference and MOU signing ceremony held in Ho Chi Minh City on 10/12. This partnership aims to enhance digital asset education, increase awareness of security, and support ecosystem development in Vietnam as part of the effort to build an international financial center.

Vietnam is rapidly becoming a global leader in digital asset adoption, with the younger generation becoming increasingly tech-savvy and the Web3 developer community expanding rapidly. As Vietnam prepares to pilot a digital asset policy framework, the demand for education on security, compliance, and best practices is growing. To meet this need, MEXC is reinforcing its commitment to regulatory compliance, ensuring users and industry partners are well-prepared for the evolving landscape.

Along with VBI Academy, MEXC announced the Digital Asset Literacy Program – Season 1 (12/2025-03/2026), focusing on security and risk management in the digital asset space. The program includes 22 hours of coursework, five live workshops, and nationwide accessibility through the OpenEdu platform. Delivered via a hybrid model of online and in-person sessions, the program guarantees broad reach and practical engagement for learners across Vietnam.

The partnership also extends to co-develop security modules based on MEXC’s proven experience in account protection, safe asset withdrawals, and exchange-level security. The initiative aligns with Vietnam’s goal to establish an international financial center and the upcoming pilot digital asset regulatory framework. By combining VBI Academy’s academic expertise with MEXC’s global exchange operational experience, this initiative enhances user protection, strengthens ecosystem sustainability, and reaffirms MEXC’s long-term commitment to Web3 development and regulatory innovation in Vietnam.
