Jin10 Data, October 29 - According to the official website of Changxin Storage, in October 2025, Changxin Storage shared the latest progress of its LPDDR5X products at the IEEE 2025 ASICON conference. Currently, the product lineup of Changxin Storage's LPDDR5X includes grains, chips, and modules. The grain types include two capacity points: 12Gb and 16Gb. The chip form provides solutions covering multiple capacity points of 12GB, 16GB, and 24GB. The module form LPCAMM products have capacities of 16GB and 32GB. The LPDDR5X products cover speeds of 8533Mbps, 9600Mbps, and 10677Mbps, while being compatible with LPDDR5. Currently, the LPDDR5X products with speeds of 8533Mbps and 9600Mbps have been mass-produced since May of this year, and the products with a speed of 10677Mbps have started customer sampling.
