This phase focuses on strengthening AI governance, with several projects applying the “AI against AI” strategy. Specifically, the AI system will automatically check the quality of content generated by AI to increase accuracy and consistency on a large scale. Units will gradually access the platform at the AI Cyberport Supercomputing Center by the end of this year.

The technical trial is expected to begin in early 2026, helping banks and technology partners to refine the model and governance processes. The initiative demonstrates Hong Kong's commitment to the responsible development of AI, ensuring reliable outcomes.
