$RIVER 18 bottoms can still be safely longed, with tight stop-losses, because it doesn't break down, and you can hold the price waiting for a big pump.
$RIVER Long positions have to pull down to get liquidity, but they're afraid of short-term profit-taking, so they lock it in, manipulating the price to kill shorts—really a brutal manipulation.

Dog whales are too good at manipulating the market; it's not recommended to enter without a clear trend.
$RIVER The higher the positive fee, the higher the price=)) Shorting the fee is to become liquidity, it's trying to unload the last batch, don't short and let it hang forever
$RIVER Long position continues to enter, but if it doesn't break 18- it's probably manipulation to keep the price low, and they haven't sold all their holdings yet.
$RIVER Now I want to short so it can hold the position and break back to 11 before I can trade. Right now, it's being manipulated and I can't trade yet.
