The ships leased by Maersk were hit by shells in the Strait of Hormuz.

On April 7th local time, a ship leased by Danish shipping giant Maersk was hit by a shell in the Strait of Hormuz.
The crew was safe, but the vessel suffered substantial damage, with the above-waterline part damaged.
The ship is capable of autonomous navigation and is currently heading to the nearest port for inspection.
Maersk did not disclose the source of the shell.
