HII’S Ingalls Shipbuilding Celebrates Apprentice School Graduates

HII’s Ingalls Shipbuilding division celebrated 70 apprentice school graduates in Pascagoula, Mississippi. This program, registered with the Department of Labor, combines classroom instruction with paid on-the-job training. The Ingalls Apprentice School, founded in 1952, prepares skilled shipbuilders, with joiner apprentice Sawyer Briggs recognized as the Overall Apprentice of the Year for his class.
