China-North Korea International Passenger Train to Resume Bidirectional Service Starting March 12

Starting March 12, 2026, international passenger trains will operate bidirectionally between Beijing, Dandong, China and Pyongyang, North Korea, further promoting personnel exchanges, economic and trade cooperation, and cultural exchanges between the two countries, and enhancing the well-being and friendship of the two peoples. International passenger trains between Beijing and Pyongyang will operate bidirectionally on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays each week. Beijing Station, Tianjin Station, Shanhaiguan Station, Shenyang Station, and Dandong Station in China, as well as Pyongyang Station and Sinuiju Station in North Korea can handle international passenger train boarding services. Entry and exit formalities will be processed at the Dandong, China and Sinuiju, North Korea ports. (China Railway)
