People’s Financial News, March 21 — On March 20, Wu Lei, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shanghai Electric Group, and his delegation visited China Copper Co., Ltd. (referred to as “China Copper”). They held talks with Ji Shujun, Party Secretary and General Manager of China Copper. The two sides exchanged in-depth views on deepening industrial collaboration, expanding cooperation areas, and promoting green and low-carbon development. Ji Shujun stated that the industries are highly complementary with broad cooperation prospects. He hopes to use this meeting as an opportunity to deepen practical cooperation in mineral resource development equipment upgrades, intelligent transformation of non-ferrous metal smelting, green energy project construction, and other areas, achieving resource sharing and advantages complementarity to jointly promote high-quality industry development. Wu Lei expressed that Shanghai Electric is willing to fully support China Copper’s green transformation and intelligent upgrading during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
