Hexun Investment Advisor Li Yongxi: Quantitative sell-offs are the darkness before dawn!

Abstract generation in progress

On March 20th, Hexun Investment Advisor Li Yongxi stated that during the morning live broadcast, I mentioned that the index had a rally at 3984 points, but I warned everyone not to get too excited. As a result, in the afternoon, quantitative selling caused a plunge. Now, the market is distorted both in the index and stock prices. Previously, only stock prices were being hammered, not the index; now, both are being hit together. Let’s think in reverse: if retail investors lose 30%, can they cut losses? They’d be beaten by their wives at home, so the main forces are now aggressively selling to force investors to cut losses. But this approach is useless, a waste of effort, like pulling down your pants to fart.

Regarding next week’s market, we need to set expectations. Today’s sell-off didn’t cause investors to cut losses, and the main forces didn’t make any gains. Some might say they keep selling, but if you lose 20%, would you still sell? I won’t sell anyway. Whoever wants to hand over their blood, sweat, and tears to the main forces can do so—I won’t. If the market reverses next week, the impact won’t be small. I believe today’s market is like darkness before dawn, just to make those impatient and restless investors cut losses and go home to get “scolded.”

I’m not afraid; I remain steadfast. Currently, every sector is performing poorly. Take today’s photovoltaic equipment sector—looks good, but what the market really needs now isn’t a main theme sector, but stability. The market isn’t stable now, and it’s not all external factors’ fault. To be blunt, it’s internal fighting and infighting among the main forces—too damn frustrating. Although I cursed today, I still have confidence in the market. Since darkness before dawn has appeared, I am determined to succeed and emerge from the mire. I hope you, in front of the screen, will do the same—don’t easily give up your blood-stained, cheap chips. Fight the main forces to the end; if you don’t make money, don’t leave.
