Recently, KaiTuo Pharmaceuticals announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Suzhou KaiTuo Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhejiang Fnuo Medical Co., Ltd. on March 12, 2026.

The agreement involves the joint development of a whitening and anti-spot cosmetic product containing the company’s innovative raw material KT-939, aimed at serving as an auxiliary method to alleviate and improve skin pigmentation.

According to the cooperation agreement, Suzhou KaiTuo will supply Fnuo Medical with the KT-939 raw material and authorize it to develop, produce, and sell whitening and anti-spot products with KT-939 as the core active ingredient in mainland China.

Both parties will conduct in-depth collaboration on technological improvements and end-product development to accelerate the research, registration, and production of specialized cosmetic products with KT-939, with Fnuo Medical responsible for subsequent sales.

The company plans to utilize the cash flow generated from the KT-939 cosmetic raw material business to support the development and commercialization of core products KX-826, GT20029, and other pipeline products.
