Machines are accelerating their development, but one core function is missing!



Robots are becoming smaller, faster, and more autonomous.
But the truly lagging aspect is accountability! When systems start to see for themselves, judge for themselves, and act for themselves, the question is no longer whether they can do it, but:

Why did it perform that action at that moment?
What model and rules were used?
Has it been tampered with, downgraded, or called out of authority?
In case of an incident, can it be reviewed to verifiable facts, rather than a pile of modifiable logs and verbal explanations?

Unverified autonomy may seem like progress, but in reality, it is packaging risks into the real world. Especially in public spaces, in high-cost scenarios like healthcare, factories, and transportation, black-box autonomy is not an efficiency tool but a systemic hazard.

Truly scalable autonomous systems must treat the chain of responsibility as infrastructure; decisions should be verifiable, actions auditable, and boundaries enforceable. Otherwise, the greater the autonomy, the greater the risk!
