There are several projects in the Polygon ecosystem that have withstood market tests and offer good long-term holding returns. Instead of blindly chasing hot trends or following fleeting new concepts, it's better to focus your energy on these well-established projects.

The reason these projects have survived and continued to grow is fundamentally because they have real use cases, a stable user base, and a long-term development roadmap. They may not have the eye-catching gains of new projects in the short term, but in terms of risk and reward ratio, choosing validated ecosystem assets is often more cost-effective.

Market conditions change rapidly, but projects that are rooted in the ecosystem and continuously iterating are the ones that can truly accompany you in the long run. Instead of daily watching the ups and downs of concept tokens, it’s better to periodically review the assets you are long-term optimistic about, check if they have made new progress or if there are new opportunities. This approach will lead to a more stable investment mindset and make it easier to seize genuine opportunities.

That's right, but to be honest, those old projects on Polygon are really getting a bit dull now. Last year around this time, they could double, but now it's really frustrating to see them just sitting idle. Stable is good, but what about the returns? That's the real key. Stick to dollar-cost averaging, don't overthink it, maintaining the right mindset is the most important. I've long stopped chasing new coins; it's more reliable to honestly accumulate those bottomed-out projects. Chasing hot trends damages health; holding high-quality assets is a long-term wellness strategy. Wait, which specific projects are you talking about? Can you give me some details?

Well said, but I only understood this after being caught multiple times... Now I hold on tightly to those few old projects in the Polygon ecosystem. Really, every time I see a new coin double in value, I want to jump in, but it always ends up being a bagholder. Now, it's those overlooked old projects that are quietly growing. The question is, how to determine which ones truly have applications and which are just hype? Seems like everyone claims to have a roadmap. Agreed, it's not as exciting in the short term, but my sleep quality has definitely improved... No more wanting to smash my phone every time I look at the K-line. By the way, which specific Polygon projects do you recommend? I also want to secure a steady gain.

Alright, you're not wrong, but can those old Polygon projects still come out now? Feels like they're all stuck. I'm already tired of the "long-term hold" rhetoric, and what’s the result... Honestly, compared to watching the market every day, it's better to go to sleep. I can't quit concept coins; the thrill is different. The idea of rooting in the ecosystem sounds nice, but I don't have the money in my pocket to verify it.

Honestly, that's exactly what I'm doing now. I lost a lot chasing new concepts a couple of years ago, but now I just hold onto a few old Polygon projects, and I sleep better. These major Polygon projects have really withstood the test of time, much more reliable than those new concept coins. Watching the ups and downs every day, losing a handful of hair each month, so it's better to check progress regularly. Concept coins are too刺激, but once the刺激 is gone, so is the value. Old projects are more稳妥. My strategy is to filter through and then ignore everything else, checking for new updates once a month. New projects rely solely on stories; projects without real users will eventually fade away. Now I understand, the most profitable ones are actually the less sexy, active projects.
