【Crypto World】The Web3 Asset Data Platform RootData recently issued a transparency alert on January 12. Several projects including CureX, Blocktrade, BETRMINT, ABCC, TradeOgre, Bilaxy, and others were named due to incomplete core information. The platform urges these project teams to complete their data as soon as possible to improve their transparency scores.
Understanding RootData’s scoring system can be very helpful. This mechanism is used to measure the completeness and timeliness of project disclosures, graded on a scale from A to F with 5 levels. In simple terms, a lower score indicates that the project reveals less information and is less timely, which also increases the risk of malicious behavior. For investors, encountering projects with incomplete disclosures indeed requires vigilance, as such “black box” projects often hide risks. RootData stated that it will monitor these lack-of-transparency projects long-term and continue to expose them.
