I recall an interesting phenomenon—looking back at those well-known figures who were very active in the crypto community three years ago, many of them have basically disappeared. It's not that something happened to them; they are gradually stepping away from the scene. Some have indeed "graduated," shifting to other tracks or returning to normal life.

PixOnChain is a fairly typical example. But who else is there? Think about the accounts that were highly active back then. Now, visiting their profiles, their posting frequency has noticeably decreased, or they haven't updated at all. Some gained fame through a hot project at the time, but then they never appeared again.

This actually reflects a pattern in the crypto community—people come and go, hot topics rotate. Some get deeply involved, while others treat it as a fleeting passion, and eventually, they all go their separate ways. Can you think of other celebrities who have "disappeared" like this?

There aren't many of the people from that batch three years ago still around now; most of them probably cashed out and ran.

This is the natural淘汰 of retail investors; only the true believers remain.

A three-year cycle, and I’ve never seen anyone truly stay in this circle, except for those who are firmly nailed down by on-chain records haha

This is the common problem in the crypto circle: hot money comes in and goes out, and people are the same. But some people do run after making enough profit, smart. --- Really, those who hyped so aggressively three years ago are now collecting dust on Twitter. Some may have truly gone to make money. --- People aim for higher ground; once the opportunity passes, they withdraw. That's very normal. Unlike us, still here. --- There are even more who have disappeared than this, but everyone has forgotten. That's how the crypto circle is—today's star might be a joke next year. --- Basically, it's a cycle of popularity. No hype means no money. Who's still here talking nonsense? --- Haha, I just remembered a few, but I forgot their names. That shows the problem. --- Those who rise solely because of a single project are the easiest to disappear; only those who withstand cycles can survive longer.

Oh dear, this is the self-discipline of new investors—comes quickly and goes just as fast.

This is the curse of the crypto world—once the hype passes, people disperse. Wow, the celebrities from back then are really nowhere to be found now... I also remember several accounts that are barely hanging on. As expected, it still depends on who can persist; most are here to make a quick buck.
