Recently, I noticed an interesting direction—ETH's exploration in storage integration, especially for scenarios like AI agents that require reliable backend support.

The key point is that some teams are optimizing EVM storage efficiency through programmable precompilation. What does this mean? Developers can directly invoke these precompiled modules at the smart contract level to achieve more efficient data storage and retrieval. For AI agents that need to handle massive data interactions, this approach reduces Gas costs and improves execution efficiency.

This idea is worth continuous follow-up— as AI and Web3 become more closely integrated, similar technical solutions will gradually become standard infrastructure.

tbh the programmable precompile angle is lowkey genius for ai agents... been following this implementation pattern and the gas optimization is actually non-trivial. merkle proof batching + storage packing could get us another 40-50% efficiency gains if done right

Precompiling this set of things should have been done long ago; the gas cost is too high... AI agents definitely need this, as the data volume would explode once it starts to grow.

Precompilation indeed has some substance; in an era where gas optimization is so competitive, there's finally some substantial breakthrough.

I'm optimistic about the precompilation part, but how much can gas optimization save? Let's run an agent test to see.

Precompilation should have been done a long time ago, it's a gas fee killer... But whether it can be truly implemented depends on whether the team is reliable.

Precompilation definitely needs to be closely monitored; it feels like the real infrastructure play.

Gas fees have indeed always been a bottleneck, and I believe in the idea of precompilation.

Pre-compiled gameplay is indeed interesting, but the real implementation depends on who can capitalize on the benefits first.
