After comparing for a while, I found that going long on gold is actually much easier than on Bitcoin.
Gold is very comfortable—staying on its own track, just steadily going up, so there's no need to watch the market constantly. Waking up in the morning without worrying about positions exploding, this sense of security is valuable.
In contrast, Bitcoin drops as soon as you open a position, and the weekly chart can't hold up for a few days, requiring you to keep an eye on the screen and adjust at any moment. Slight distraction could mean missing the market or getting caught. The pace is ridiculously fast, mentally exhausting.
Compared to this, the performance difference between the two assets is quite obvious.

I just can't hold onto slow-paced things like gold; I need some excitement.

Gold is stable but lacks excitement. I still prefer the thrill of the crypto world. Feeling exhausted but earning happily.

Gold is indeed comfortable, but the thrill of Bitcoin is the real deal. Sleep quality vs. heart rate—depends on what you can handle.

Gold isn't really that exciting, but it's this boredom that saved my mindset... Bitcoin has been quite a rollercoaster for me.

Gold is comfortable and all, but this wave of Bitcoin is just exhausting. I've also been through quite a lot.
