Februar, dass laut Cointelegraph die Kryptowährungs-Risikokapitalfirma Framework Ventures mit dem Hypothekendienstleister Better zusammengearbeitet hat, um etwa 500 Millionen US-Dollar an Kreditunterstützung für sein Stablecoin-Ökosystem durch Integration mit dem DeFi-Protokoll Sky (ehemals MakerDAO) bereitzustellen und Token, die mit Hypothekendarlehen verknüpft sind, auszugeben, um Einnahmen zu generieren. Framework stimmte außerdem zu, einen 10%igen Anteil an Better für etwa 45 Millionen US-Dollar zu erwerben. Der erste Hypothekentoken steht nur akkreditierten Investoren zur Verfügung, und das Nachfolgeunternehmen Better plant, ein Produkt namens “Home Token” für Privatanleger auf den Markt zu bringen, dessen Zeitplan noch nicht bekannt gegeben wird. Besser gesagt: Durch On-Chain-Finanzierung können Intermediärsniveaus und Finanzierungskosten gesenkt werden, wodurch den Verbrauchern niedrigere Hypothekenzinsen geboten werden.
