XION kündigte die offizielle Einführung des DKIM-Moduls und des ZK-Moduls an, wodurch die erste Blockchain entsteht, die E-Mail-Authentifizierungsschlüssel (DKIM) direkt auf der Kette speichert, sowie die erste Verbrauchs-L1-Blockchain, die Zero-Knowledge-Verifikation auf Protokollebene implementiert.
XION betont, dass die bestehenden E-Mail-Validierungslösungen (einschließlich zkEmail und anderer Projekte) auf zentralisierte DNS-Server angewiesen sind, um Verschlüsselungsschlüssel zu beziehen. Wenn der E-Mail-Dienstleister die Schlüssel wechselt, wird die alte Validierung ungültig und es gibt keine Historie. Das DKIM-Modul von XION speichert diese Schlüssel dauerhaft im Zustand der Kette, wodurch die Abhängigkeit von zentralisierten DNS-Infrastrukturen vollständig eliminiert wird. Das ZK-Modul führt Zero-Knowledge-Beweis auf Protokollebene durch, mit einer Effizienz, die das Zehnfache smarter Verträge übertrifft. Zusammen ermöglichen beide Module den Nutzern, jegliche Informationen in E-Mails zu beweisen, ohne die E-Mail selbst offenlegen zu müssen.
XION erklärt, dass derzeit etwa 61 % der Mitarbeiter, die unangemessenes Verhalten beobachten, schweigen, da die traditionellen Optionen meist „anonym aber ignoriert“ oder „melden aber Gefahr des Arbeitsplatzverlusts“ sind. Mit der oben genannten Infrastruktur realisiert XION verschiedene Anwendungsfälle, darunter:
Anonyme Meldungen und Arbeitsplatzbewertungen (Nachweis des Beschäftigungsstatus ohne Offenlegung persönlicher Daten)
Wiederherstellung von Wallets ohne Mnemonik (E-Mail als Backup-Schlüssel)
Verifizierung von Kaufaktivitäten und Zertifikaten (ohne übermäßige Weitergabe persönlicher Daten)
Vertrauenslose Ticketweiterverkäufe und Versicherungsansprüche.
Der Dienst unterstützt sofort Gmail und Apple Mail, deckt weltweit etwa 3,8 Milliarden E-Mail-Nutzer ab (über 90 % des globalen E-Mail-Marktes). Derzeit hat die XION-Plattform über 800.000 monatlich aktive Nutzer, mit mehr als 150 Marken wie Uber, Amazon, BMW und anderen, die integriert sind. Offiziell heißt es, dass dies eine Validierungsinfrastruktur ist, die für das bestehende Internet aufgebaut wurde: „Alles verifizierbar, ohne Informationen preiszugeben.“
