Macquarie: US-Iran Situation May Enter "Third Phase" of "Negotiating While Fighting," Military Operations Could Continue Until Mid-April

Gate News reports that on March 26, Macquarie Group’s Global Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate Strategist Thierry Wizman stated that there is currently no ceasefire in sight between the US and Iran. Instead, the US may intensify military operations over the next two weeks in an attempt to pressure Iran into making significant concessions. These military actions are likely to continue until major combat operations succeed, possibly by mid-April. Wizman pointed out that the war may now be in its third stage of “negotiating while fighting,” rather than just negotiations or combat alone.
