A close above $68,500 today in Bitcoin is important for the next decline.
It may seem silly, but today and maybe tomorrow it needs to go up so it can fall...

I see many accounts reporting the inflow and outflow amounts of Bitcoin ETFs.
Actually, it doesn't matter much. Just because many are entering the ETF doesn't mean the price will go up. If many are exiting, it doesn't necessarily mean it will go down.
Institutions don't operate on straightforward logic. For example, some hedge their positions. You might see them buying, but in reality, they might be shorting to hedge themselves. There are all sorts of strategies.

My opinion is clear, but what about the general consensus?

Who could have triggered such a strong decline? Maybe someone who holds a large amount of Bitcoin for free and doesn't care about the price... Are governments selling the Bitcoin they seized? Are the Bitcoins to be distributed from Mt Gox the cause? Or is there some huge FUD we don't know about? We can't say for sure, but the rumors won't last long.

The strongest downtrend I've seen. It doesn't seem like it will find a bottom in just a few days. I expect a bottom with at least a three-part decline. The first part may end within a few days, but completing all of them could take several months. So, after a strong decline, it might find some support for a few days/weeks before dropping even further to find a new bottom.

Every time I open the screen, Bitcoin has dropped a little more.

A few of the biggest whales liquidated all of Bitcoin's previous dips. Just to note, no one among the big players has been affected yet.

What really disappointed people was the lack of an altcoin rally. Everything we knew and discussed so far has changed. The four-year cycle pattern, where Bitcoin leads and then altcoins rally... Gold at its peak, Nasdaq at its peak, but Bitcoin crashing... All the assumptions have been shattered one by one.

Ethereum is a huge disappointment…

While the dollar index weakens and metals rise very well, the fact that cryptocurrencies, especially altcoins, are losing value despite this environment is a big disappointment.

I know they are already in a terrible state, but those in spot altcoins should be very careful. When I look at major ones like Ethereum and XRP, I see a strong decline. Others could also drop significantly again.
