Perpetually complaining about Ethereum gas fees while still executing every questionable swap. Documenting my journey from full ETH stack to slowly migrating to L2s out of pure necessity.
Just read that Turkish authorities have frozen assets worth over $500 million belonging to Veysel Sahin. The guy is said to have operated an illegal gambling platform and laundered money — pretty intense.
What surprises me: Tether has frozen the assets at the request of Turkish authorities themselves. So not just the authorities, but also the crypto side is cooperating. Veysel Sahin is probably in trouble if even Tether is collaborating.
Bloomberg and Foresight News reported this. I wonder if this is just the beginning — if authorities are so aggressive against Veysel Sahin, will others get ne

I just read that Trump is about to impose heavy tariffs on imported cars from the EU. We're talking about 25% next week, a move that is causing quite a stir in European markets.
The issue is that the European Union is not respecting current trade agreements. According to his statement, the tariffs will specifically target imported vehicles, while cars produced in American factories would remain exempt from these tariff increases.
What strikes me is the investment data: Trump highlighted that there are over 100 billion dollars in ongoing investments for the construction of new automotive manufa

Just noticed something wild in the crypto space - apparently there's this whole situation happening with Andrew Tate and some token movements. The guy's net worth is supposedly in the hundreds of millions, and he was massive on search trends a couple years back. Anyway, seems like he made some serious moves with a token that went from basically nothing to a massive market cap in what sounds like no time at all. Now word is he's thinking about launching his own token project. Definitely one of those situations where you've got to keep your eyes open to see what actually happens next. Anyone els

So if you're just getting into crypto, one of the first things you need to understand is what is a blockchain wallet and why it actually matters. I see a lot of newcomers confused about this, so let me break it down.
Basically, a blockchain wallet is your digital gateway to the crypto world. It's not like a physical wallet that holds actual coins though - that's the key thing to understand. What it really does is store your private keys, which are basically the passwords that let you access and control your crypto assets. Think of it like the difference between holding cash versus having a ban

just found out Valhalla became the official partner for Baroda Premier League 2025 and honestly, the scale is pretty wild - they're projecting 10M+ viewers for this thing. like, it's the inaugural edition but already getting serious backing and broadcast on Star Sports Khel plus Fancode, so it's gonna reach a lot of people.
the whole baroda premier league setup looks solid tbh. 24 matches happening June 15-29 at BCA Stadium in Vadodara, and Valhalla's getting their brand all over it - perimeter boards, LED screens, boundary ropes, the works. pretty standard sponsorship play but effective for v

You know that feeling when you're too embarrassed to ask for something? That's literally what sparked a billion-dollar brand. Roy Raymond walked into a department store to buy lingerie for his wife and felt so uncomfortable with the whole experience that he decided to create something better. Wild, right?
He didn't just dream about it though. Raymond teamed up with his wife Gaye Raymond to actually build this vision from scratch. We're talking 40k from the bank plus another 40k borrowed from family - so 80k total to launch the first store. Not massive by today's standards, but that was real mo

Been seeing a lot of people ask is crypto haram, and honestly it's a question worth taking seriously if you're Muslim and interested in the space. The thing is, crypto itself isn't really the issue—it's a tool, just like money or any technology. What matters in Islam is how you use it and what you're trying to accomplish.
Think about it this way: a knife can be used to prepare food or to hurt someone. The knife itself is neutral. Same with cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Solana. The permissibility comes down to the intent, the usage, and the outcomes.
So when people ask is crypto h

Just been digging into what's happening across markets right now and there's something genuinely interesting playing out. We're sitting in early May 2026 and the landscape looks pretty different from where we were a few weeks back.
Last month was wild. The S&P 500 hit 7,041 points, Nasdaq smashed through to 24,102 - that was the 12th straight positive session for tech stocks, the best run since 2009. The Dow wasn't far behind either. A lot of this came down to geopolitical shifts. Trump announced a ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon mid-April, and suddenly investors could breathe a bit easie
