It's the same set of "moral safeguard" rhetoric again... I just want to ask, will these terms eventually become new black holes for Gas fees? The more complex the rules, the higher the on-chain costs, and small retail investors will run away. Data speaks for itself; historically, after each increase in regulation, transaction fee rates have risen by an average of 23%, and this time is likely no different.
