Deep潮 TechFlow News, January 10th, according to POLITICO, sources reveal that Senator John Boozman, Chairman of the Senate Agriculture Committee, is considering delaying the committee vote on the landmark “Crypto Market Structure Act,” contingent upon substantial progress in bipartisan negotiations with Democrats in the coming days.

Currently, Boozman still plans to review the Crypto Market Structure Act on January 15th, but he has indicated willingness to adjust the schedule based on negotiations between his team and Democratic lead negotiator Senator Cory Booker. If significant progress is made over the weekend, he may postpone the vote to solidify bipartisan support for the bill.

The Senate Banking Committee also plans to hold a hearing on the Crypto Market Structure on January 15th. The Banking Committee oversees legislation related to the Securities and Exchange Commission, while the Agriculture Committee is responsible for parts related to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
