NFT market weekly trading volume exceeds $68 million, with the number of buyers skyrocketing by 50%

According to CryptoSlam data, the market trading volume increased by 11.31% week-over-week, surpassing the $68 million mark to reach $68.98 million. More notably, the number of participants has grown significantly—buyers surged by 50.28% to 231,167, and sellers increased by 45.03% to 164,986. The total number of transactions also rose by 5.22%, indicating a clear recovery in market activity.

Looking at the performance across major public blockchains, the differences are evident. Ethereum remains the dominant platform for NFT trading, with a trading volume of $28.15 million, up 36.23% week-over-week, representing the most substantial growth. Polygon also performed impressively, with a trading volume of $4.73 million, up 50.38%, making it the fastest-growing blockchain. In contrast, BNB Chain appeared somewhat sluggish, with a trading volume of $8.67 million, down 19.16%.

High-value transactions are also active.
