Messari releases Pyth Q2 report: demand rises 17%, adds support for 45 price feeds and 14 chains

Odaily Planet Daily News Messari recently released the Q2 2024 status report of Pyth Network, with the following key points: -Due to Pyth’s 246 million pull oracle updates on 70 on-chain Blocks, Q2 demand-side activities rose by 17%. In this quarter, Pyth transitioned to the Solana on-chain pull oracle model; -Since its release at the end of Q1, Pyth Entropy has processed 265,000 requests and generated $19,000 in revenue in Q2. The broader Pyth protocol has added support for 45 new price feeds, expanded to 14 new blockchains, and has been integrated into 51 new applications; -Pyth’s publisher network rose to 107 data providers in Q2, a 7% increase compared to Q1 (100 providers) Pyth has launched Express Relay, an off-chain first price auction network designed to eliminate harmful MEV that affects Decentralized Finance protocols and participants. -Gauntlet chose the Pyth Oracle Machine to ensure its yield vault on Morpho’s Decentralized Finance lending protocol.
