Optimism collaborates with Flashbots to enhance the transaction speed on the Superchain.

PANews August 21 news, according to Optimism’s official news, Optimism has reached a partnership with Flashbots to introduce fast, configurable, and verifiable transaction sorting capabilities for Superchain. This technology was developed by the Ethereum sorting pipeline team, aiming to enhance the performance and customization capabilities of the OP Stack chain. By August 2025, Superchain will account for more than 60% of the transaction activity on the Ethereum Layer 2 network. This collaboration will enable builders on the OP Stack chain to achieve lower latency, higher fairness, and programmability through innovative ordering technology, while reducing costs and accelerating time to market. Flashbots has previously achieved a 200 ms confirmation time on chains such as Base and Unichain, and will gradually promote this to the OP mainnet and other chains in the future.
