Golden Finance reported that the Elastos blockchain network has released the public test version of its BTCLayer2 BeL2 Arbiter network. Sasha Mitchell, the operator of Elastos, stated, “Arbiter network is an important piece of the BeL2 infrastructure. Through the trustless supervision and time-based services provided by Arbiter, it can provide a fully Decentralization BTC financial platform, fully leveraging the risk resistance of BTC without relying on centralized custody.”
