Yes, miners are holding onto their holdings and not letting go. The mining machines they bought for tens of thousands of yuan initially, and STT coins they bought for one dollar back then - at the current price, nobody is willing to cut their losses. They would only consider selling once the price reaches at least 0.5 or above.
