ChainCatcher news, Radix network founder and chief architect Dan Hughes sadly passed away at home on Sunday evening. Dan has been dedicated to the research of the underlying architecture of distributed ledger technology since 2013, and in 2019 he launched the Cerberus consensus mechanism and Radix Engine, laying the foundation for the Radix network. Recently, Dan returned to the forefront to lead the Hyperscale testing and promote the development of Radix, and his sudden passing has brought a significant impact to the team and community.
