In an effort to help grow more developer talent that can build decentralized applications, Moringa, in partnership with Celo and Dacade, is organizing an engaging workshop that seeks to introduce and teach you how to build your first blockchain application.
The workshop seeks to help attendees do the following:
Learn how to write blockchain code (smart contracts) in the most popular blockchain language – Solidity
Learn how blockchain technology can be used to build decentralized applications (DApps) with Celo, the mobile-first blockchain of choice for many developers in the emerging markets
Here are some pre-requisites to attending the event:
Non-developers – You should already know some basic blockchain concepts, if you don’t we encourage you to do the free Introduction to Blockchain course on dacade.org
Developers – If you have development experience, you should be comfortable with programming in Javascript (1 year + experience)
