The Vanguard Group has filed an amended Schedule 13G, reporting a 0% beneficial ownership of C&F Financial Corp common stock. This change is due to an internal realignment effective January 12, 2026, where certain Vanguard subsidiaries will now report their holdings separately under SEC Release No. 34-39538.
