Bitcoin and Ethereum prices are hovering near levels that could indicate a market trend reversal this year, despite ongoing bearish expectations in the markets.

Macroeconomist Jordi Visser argued on the Anthony Pompliano podcast that any sustainable move will depend on price stability: Bitcoin above $76,000 and Ethereum above $2,400.
Visser said on Friday’s episode: "If Bitcoin surpasses $76,000, and at the same time Ethereum exceeds $2,400, I believe this is the beginning of a sustainable move this year because I do not expect an economic recession."
From a price perspective, surpassing $76,000 means an increase of about 6% from the Bitcoin level of approximately $71,646 at the time of publication, according to CoinMarketCap data.
Meanwhile, Ethereum’s rebound to $2,400 signifies an increase of roughly 8%, based on the prevailing price trend.
