According to the rules, the minimum public float threshold for Chinese issuers with other listed shares is 5% of the total issued shares (excluding treasury shares) of the H-share class.
Additionally, the company confirms that during this reporting month, no issuance of shares was made under share option plans, warrants, convertible bonds, or other contractual arrangements for issuing shares.
The board of directors also confirms that, to the best of its knowledge and belief, all securities issuance or treasury share changes (if any) during the reporting period have been formally authorized and complied with all applicable listing rules and laws and regulations.
