Wu said that the latest development brief released by the Ethereum Foundation, "Checkpoint #9," disclosed that the Glamsterdam upgrade has been delayed due to the high difficulty of implementing ePBS (protocol-internal PBS), and overall progress has been pushed back. Developers expect to launch the first broad development network next week. The subsequent Hegotá upgrade has confirmed that FOCIL (EIP-7805) will be the top feature of the consensus layer, and proposals for non-headlining features have been open since April 9. Additionally, the testnet is continuously validating the 60M gas limit target. It is reported that Glamsterdam and Hegotá are respectively the follow-up Ethereum hard fork upgrades after Pectra and Fusaka.
