The Israeli military issues a warning, demanding ships in southern Lebanon's waters to withdraw northward.
According to a report by Lebanon’s National News Agency on the 7th, IDF spokesperson Avichay Adraee issued a warning via social media platform that evening to vessels operating in the waters between Tyre and Naqoura in southern Lebanon, requiring ships anchored or sailing in the relevant waters to immediately head north of Tyre to ensure “safety.” The statement said that Hezbollah’s activities in the aforementioned waters pose a risk to maritime traffic and indicated that this could prompt the IDF to take military action at sea.
