Imported cotton inventory increased by 3.42% week-over-week

According to Mysteel’s survey, as of March 5th, imported cotton main port inventories increased by 3.42% week-on-week, totaling 556.5k tons. Among them, Qingdao, Jinan ports and surrounding warehouses in Shandong increased by 4.37% year-on-year to 478k tons. The Zhangjiagang port and surrounding warehouses in Jiangsu have about 47.5k tons of imported cotton inventory, and other ports have about 31k tons. This week, a large volume of foreign cotton arrived at ports, leading to a significant increase in inventories. (My Steel Network)
