and Update of Application Documents such as the Fundraising Prospectus

Nanjing Guanshi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) received the “Inquiry Letter on the Review of the Application Documents for the Issuance of Stocks to Specific Objects by Nanjing Guanshi Technology Co., Ltd.” issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “SSE”) on January 16, 2026 (SSE Review [Refinancing] [2026] No. 21) (hereinafter referred to as “Inquiry Letter”).

After receiving the Inquiry Letter, the Company, in accordance with the requirements, worked with relevant intermediary institutions to address and respond to the questions raised in the Inquiry Letter one by one, and supplemented and revised the application documents such as the fundraising prospectus. In accordance with the further review opinions of the SSE, the Company, in conjunction with relevant intermediary institutions, supplemented, updated, and revised the questions listed in the Inquiry Letter and the application documents such as the fundraising prospectus. The Company’s issuance of stocks to specific objects is subject to the approval of the SSE and the decision of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as “CSRC”) for registration before it can be implemented. The final approval by the SSE and the CSRC and the timing thereof are uncertain.
