3.26: China Power LiaoNeng's battle is over, who is next?

Today’s market is relatively simple. It’s a clear-day divergence after a continuous surge in power stocks. The pre-market thinking was clear: after a stretch of very poor market conditions, the limit for consecutive-limit-ups is the eight-limit breakthrough. And I also said that if Huadian Liaoning Energy opens with divergence, go find the products separated out within the second-limit group. If it opens and continues with consistency instead, it’s actually harder to handle, because divergence during the afternoon or into the close tends to be even more damaging.
In reality, after Huadian Liaoning Energy opened and tapped the limit-up board, it immediately went into divergence—exactly like the scenario I outlined. For a follow-on breakout, you first look for the inside rotation, because the follow-on theme has not even started, so there’s no need to consider the outside rotation. Why not consider Zhongli Group and Liaoning Energy? Yesterday I said Zhongli Group wasn’t good to get into; the next-day “ultra-attack” expectation ended up being a deep green open instead. Liaoning Energy has the “Liao” character, so it’s very hard to break away from Huadian Liaoning Energy—so the rule that mid-cap stocks block the knife remains valid.
Today, Huadian Liaoning Energy made a massive “loop” during the session and once unexpectedly locked itself on the board. Tomorrow is Friday again. I was worried that the main line would be hard to play tomorrow; the pressure would likely carry over one day, easily dragging down the whole sector. In the end, the board broke at the closing auction; the risk was suddenly lifted. It might cause many people to start fantasizing about the K charts of the Pingtan and Hefei—I’ll cool it down first, mimic only half of the move. Besides, it’s still Friday; chasing high is not advisable, and uncertainty is extremely high.
At the close: the highest board is the three-limit-up. The power-stock subordinates are still online, with strength #1. For the chemical sector, there could be funds making unreliable expectations again—since the 5-day period is about to end. Energy storage and aerospace are seen as the rotation when there’s divergence in the main line. The whole market becomes clear in an instant.
Key points for tomorrow:
1、First, see whether the three-limit-up tier can continue with follow-on gains crossing over. If that’s the case, then the lower tiers fall back into a support/assist role.
2、Look at the follow-on expectation for the first-limit-up tier—whether there’s a big order “one-word” very key.
3、Congratulations on getting rich. The more likes, the luckier you’ll be!

Three consecutive-limit-ups
Xinneng Taishan: power grid fiber. Yesterday I said you can’t buy the expectation; better ride the whole wave to the end.

Hunan Development: green power M&A; exchange hands on the board. Weak-to-strong has a chance to get promoted.

MinoVwa: tiered pharmaceutical “medicine cabinet.” The farther it goes, the higher the tier expectation—there’s no good entry point anymore.

Rongjie Shares: energy storage lithium ore; it can’t escape new energy.

Two consecutive-limit-ups
Mingpu Optics and Magnetics: about done. Big money can’t keep up with Yingtian Tian.

Zhongmin Energy: power stocks are sandwiched in the middle—what’s the value-for-money with zero-axis?

Bohai Chemical: chemical is no longer mainstream; it’s just a rotation.

China Railway Materials: rushed near the close; imagination is limited.

Zengsheng Technology: chemical + aerospace; the chart doesn’t look good.

Huadian Energy: about to trigger an unusual move; power sector is basically grouped together.

Stock-specific commentary

Huadian Liaoning Energy: a clear-day divergence. Don’t profit with only the last copper coin. Tapping the board is the best point to stop following. As for the rest, nobody can really say.

Shaoneng Shares: the opening auction didn’t meet expectations. The end-of-run spike expectation was fulfilled. Buying at the opening auction to follow—or defending with a “cage price” lower bound—both work.

Dongtian Micro: the index is one step away from a gap-up. After rising 7%, there’s no reason to keep holding in a bigger pattern. It was originally just an arbitrage on Mingpu Optics and Magnetics.

Hunan Development: best turnover for the main line. The intraday time-share separates from Huadian Liaoning Energy; the crossover expectation is worth betting on.

Auried: it also has time-share separation from Huadian Liaoning Energy. The downside is that the opening drawdown from the top isn’t deep enough; the turnover isn’t as pure.

JiemeiTe: yesterday Dongtian Micro. In the past few days, strong-performing ChiNext boards have had opportunities for rebounds too. Arbitrage isn’t impossible either.
