In the fiscal year 2025, the group’s revenue was approximately RMB 482 million, a year-on-year decrease of 18.7%. This revenue decline was mainly due to the optimization and closure or transition of inefficient retail stores, which caused retail store revenue to decrease year-on-year, while a reasonable contraction in the scale of agency brand distribution led to a reduction in distribution revenue. The group’s net loss was approximately RMB 17.1 million, a year-on-year narrowing of 74.9%. This loss reduction was mainly due to a significant decrease in sales and distribution costs, as well as an increase in other operating income. The basic loss per share was RMB 0.06.
