Alibaba lance la plateforme d'agents d'entreprise « Wukong »

According to reports, “Wukong” is an independent application, which will start inviting testing from today and will also be directly integrated into DingTalk, which has over 20 million enterprise organizations. DingTalk, with 800 million users, has rewritten its underlying code and undergone a comprehensive CLI (command-line interface) transformation, allowing the “Wukong” Agent to natively operate thousands of capabilities on DingTalk, rather than simulating human clicks on the graphical interface, achieving “communication is execution.” “Wukong” fully supports the connection of users’ DingTalk accounts, secure access permissions, and application systems in enterprises. Meanwhile, Alibaba’s ToB capabilities will gradually be embedded in the platform in the form of skills, serving as a unified outlet for Alibaba’s AI capabilities in enterprise work scenarios.

On March 16, Alibaba officially established the Alibaba Token Hub (ATH) business group, creating a new organization with the core goals of “creating Tokens, transferring Tokens, and applying Tokens,” which is directly overseen by Alibaba CEO Wu Yongming. Tokens are the word units/semantic processing units of AI large models and are also defined by Alibaba as the “energy/hard currency” of the AI era.

The Alibaba Token Hub includes the Tongyi Lab, MaaS business line, Qianwen business unit, Wukong business unit, and AI Innovation business unit, covering a complete layout from basic model research and development, model service platforms, to AI applications for individuals and enterprises. Among them, the Wukong business unit has appeared in the public eye for the first time, positioned as a “B-end AI native work platform that deeply integrates model capabilities into enterprise workflows.” This means that in addition to the C-end AI application Qianwen App, Alibaba will also focus on the B-end AI application market.
