Once there is relevant information that meets disclosure standards, it will be disclosed to the public. It is reported that recently, DJI officially filed a patent ownership dispute lawsuit against Yingshi Innovation at the Intermediate People’s Court of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, involving six patent rights. Several former core R&D personnel from DJI are said to be involved. This is DJI’s first patent ownership dispute filed domestically, and the case has now been officially registered.
