【Yingshi Innovation Securities Department Responds to DJI’s Patent Infringement Lawsuit: Confirming with Legal Department】Financial Associated Press, March 23 — Regarding today’s media reports that DJI has sued Yingshi Innovation for patent infringement, a staff member from Yingshi Innovation Securities Department responded to an investor inquiry, stating that they are aware of the relevant information and are currently confirming details with the company’s legal department. Once there is relevant information that meets disclosure standards, it will be disclosed to the public. It is reported that recently, DJI officially filed a patent ownership dispute lawsuit against Yingshi Innovation at the Intermediate People’s Court of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, involving six patent rights. Several former core R&D personnel from DJI are said to be involved. This is DJI’s first patent ownership dispute filed domestically, and the case has now been officially registered.
