CITIC Trust Deepens Digital Human Applications: Making Professional Trust Services Easier to Understand and More Accessible

In the current era of ongoing digital transformation in finance, how to effectively implement cutting-edge digital technologies, enhance service quality, and optimize customer experience is a key practical focus for every financial institution.

CITIC Trust actively implements the requirements of CITIC Group and CITIC Financial Holdings. Starting in 2024, it began exploring the use of digital humans with real-person replication for work practices. Through relentless efforts, it has gradually advanced this innovative technology from “novelty display” to “practical scenario application.”

By March 2026, CITIC Trust has produced and released nearly 200 short videos using digital humans. The content covers basic trust industry knowledge, financial consumer rights protection education, classic wealth case sharing, macroeconomic strategy analysis, and more. It has formed five distinctive high-quality channels, creating a systematic and regular digital human content matrix:

  • “Trust Knowledge Q&A” focuses on fundamental trust concepts, accurately answering investors’ questions;
  • “Trust Wealth Talk” analyzes wealth management logic and shares practical asset allocation plans;
  • “Dr. Zhou on Trust” provides professional insights into trust business logic and industry knowledge;
  • “Engineer Zhou on Macro Strategies” tracks macroeconomic trends and offers objective strategic references;
  • “Everyone Knows” relates to everyday life scenarios, making trust knowledge more accessible and down-to-earth.

In content dissemination, digital humans break the traditional dullness of financial education by explaining professional concepts in lively, simple, and friendly ways, significantly lowering the barriers to financial literacy. For brand promotion, trust culture and business features are transformed into easily shareable short videos, expanding communication channels in a more approachable manner and increasing public awareness of the trust industry. Regarding service efficiency, thanks to the stability of the replicated images, digital humans overcome the limitations of real-person schedules and recording times, enabling high-frequency and stable content production.

Through continuous video releases, not only has trust professional knowledge been effectively spread, allowing the public to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the industry, but it has also deepened communication between the company and its clients, embodying the value pursuit of “finance serving the people.”
