On March 17, during the “Innovation Forum: Small Changes, Big Impact” session at the 2026 Yabuli China Entrepreneurs Forum Annual Conference, Lesure Co-founder Xie Xiusheng shared his views on AI.
He stated that AI is very popular right now. Lesure has enabled hundreds of employees to access the paid version of ChatGPT for free, allowing all staff to learn and use it.
“For example, I am now here sharing and communicating with everyone. My computer is on, and I have about four or five AI agents working. One AI agent is helping me with approval workflows in office software. For instance, someone @ me saying it’s urgent—there’s a contract that needs my approval to move through the process. My AI agent is automatically handling these tasks. It doesn’t stop just because I have a one-hour phone call over there; it’s very interesting.”
He believes that current code is equivalent to Word from ten years ago. He suggests that whether you’re developing products, working on technology, or innovating modes, everyone can start using AI tools.
