General Mills has appointed Jonathan Ness as its permanent Chief Supply Chain Officer, effective March 16. Ness previously served as interim leader of the function since late January and will report directly to the chief executive, joining the senior leadership team. He brings nearly two decades of experience to the role and will be responsible for the company’s worldwide supply chain activities, including manufacturing, logistics, sourcing, and planning, as General Mills continues a long-term organizational effort to enhance its structure.
