COSCO Shipping Special March 20 announcement shows that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from director and general manager Huang Nan. Due to a work transfer, Huang Nan applied to resign from his positions as director and general manager of the company, effective upon delivery of the resignation letter to the company's board of directors. After his resignation, Huang Nan will no longer hold any position at the company. Following Huang Nan's resignation as general manager, company chairman Zhang Wei will temporarily assume the responsibilities of general manager until the company's board of directors determines and appoints a new general manager.

The resignation takes effect upon delivery to the company’s board of directors. After Huang Nan’s resignation, he will no longer hold any positions in the company. Following his resignation as general manager, the company’s Chairman Zhang Wei will temporarily perform the duties of general manager until the company’s board of directors appoints and hires a new general manager.
